Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags/labels).
  • Clearance items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customer Responsibility

  • For size changes or changes of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund or exchange processing takes up to 15 days.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive defective or incorrect items, contact RP customer service immediately for assistance.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds take approximately 1–2 weeks after processing. Customers will be notified via email once refunds are completed.
