For Sabah & Sarawak, the shipping charge is RM15 & FLAT RATE too!

Parcel is made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase with us, just contact us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement without extra charges.

For replacement purpose, just make sure that the item is:

• in new and saleable condition
• Hasn't been washed, worn, or altered
• Is returned within 14 days (from the postmark date)

Notes for Exchange:

You can only exchange for items of same or higher price than the returned items (no refund for price difference if exchange items price is lower than the returned items).
